$100 Gift Card Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
“Authorized Sales Channel”
An Authorized Sales Channel refers to the purchase of a Vivint home security system made directly through Smarterhome.ai’s call center using the designated campaign number. Purchases made through other sales avenues, including third-party retailers, online self-purchase, or unrelated sales teams, are not eligible.
“Successful Installation”
A Successful Installation is defined as:
- A Vivint home security system that has been installed correctly by the customer or a Vivint technician, and
- The installation status being verified and reflected as successfully installed within the Vivint sales portal used by Smarterhome.ai to track customer activation.
Only installations recognized and confirmed within Vivint’s system will qualify.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for the $100 gift card (“Offer”), a customer must:
- Purchase a Vivint home security system through an Authorized Sales Channel;
- Complete a Successful Installation;
- Reply to the SMS sent by Smarterhome.ai within 30 days of the installation date confirming they wish to redeem the gift card; and
- Complete the required Smarterhome.ai gift card registration form with accurate customer information, which is necessary for Smarterhome.ai to record the reward request and complete follow-up.
The Offer is limited to one gift card per qualifying installation.
3. Redemption Process
Once Vivint confirms the customer’s Successful Installation in the sales portal, Smarterhome.ai will send an SMS message to the mobile number associated with the customer’s order.
To redeem the $100 gift card, the customer must:
- Respond to that SMS within 30 days of the installation date, and
- Complete the accompanying registration form provided by Smarterhome.ai, supplying the required contact and confirmation details.
Both steps are required for redemption.
No phone call to VIP or any other support line is required.
Failure to complete both the SMS response and the registration form within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the reward.
4. Delivery of the Gift Card
The $100 reward will be issued as a digital gift card (e.g., Amazon or equivalent).
Smarterhome.ai will deliver the digital gift card electronically to the customer’s email address or mobile phone number on file within a reasonable processing period after successful redemption.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
5. Communication
Smarterhome.ai will proactively send an SMS to eligible customers after Vivint confirms their Successful Installation. The SMS may contain (or be followed by) a link to the required gift card registration form.
Smarterhome.ai is not responsible for:
- Delayed, blocked, or failed SMS delivery due to carrier or device issues;
- Incorrect contact information provided by the customer;
- Customer failure to receive, open, or complete the SMS or registration form.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their phone number and email address are accurate at the time of purchase.
6. Installation Time Window
There is no separate deadline between system purchase and installation.
A customer may install their Vivint system at any time; as long as the system is successfully installed and recorded as such in the Vivint portal, the customer remains eligible.
The 30-day redemption window begins only after the installation date, not after purchase.
7. Additional Terms
- This Offer may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Smarterhome.ai reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Offer at any time.
- Smarterhome.ai may deny the reward if an installation is fraudulent, unverifiable, or not reflected in Vivint’s system.
- Smarterhome.ai is not responsible for lost, deleted, or misdirected messages or incomplete form submissions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from or relating to the Offer, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
This governing-law clause applies regardless of the customer’s state of residence, which is standard and permissible unless restricted by specific state laws.
