Phone Balance Reimbursement Eligibility and Redemption Terms: Requires purchase and activation of a minimum of three Spectrum Mobile lines with at least one port-in line (“Qualifying Lines”). Must activate all lines within 30 days of order. Payout eligible only for remaining device balance of port-in lines, excluding interest or any other fees.
